Spoilt by Nature’s online shop offers a flat rate shipping price of $9.95 within Australia. For remote, country or regional areas an additional charge may apply. Spoilt by Nature will inform you if a surcharge is applicable and contact you to let you know what this charge will be before sending your item. If you are located elsewhere in the world and would like one of our beautiful products please contact us, and we will look into the shipping cost for your item. Please note that some larger items may incur a freight loading and if so will be stated in the product description.
Our store is open online 24 hours a day however, our business contact hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm (AEST). As we are a family run business, we are not always able to be contacted via phone so please send us an email to either email@example.com or via our contact form with your contact phone details and we will return your call as soon as possible. We always aim to respond to your query within 24 hours.
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 working days. We ship parcels all year round, excluding weekends and public holidays – and except where an ordered item is out of stock your order may be delayed for several days until we have received all of your items (we will advise you of any delay). Many items on our site come directly from the supplier/manufacturer to allow for a faster delivery time. Most items will be delivered within 1-3 business days (unless you are located in WA, NT, TAS or out bush somewhere!), but should you require an item really quickly or for a specific date please contact us or call 0488 006 522 and leave your name and order number and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of spoiltbynature.com.au.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Spoilt by Nature handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of spoiltbynature.com.au.
We are as eco-friendly as possible when packing your parcel. We re-use boxes as much as we can so your order may arrive in a rescued box or something from a supplier (but the contents will still look beautiful don’t worry!). All the packing materials we receive from suppliers are re-used and we often rescue old newspapers or scrap paper to give it one more journey before they are recycled.
