These lemon bliss balls are totally delicious and super simple to make! A great little treat to make when you are in a hurry and someone has asked you to bring something 🙂

1 Cup of Almond Meal
1 Cup of Desiccated Coconut
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Raw Honey (or Agave Syrup) – you can cut this down to 1 Tbsp for a slightly tangier bliss ball.
1/2 Lemon Juiced
Finely grated zest of a whole lemon
10 drops of doTERRA Lemon Essential Oil
1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut extra for rolling

1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl, spoon out mixture and roll into balls and roll in coconut.

2. Refrigerate for a couple of hours until firm.
